These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and policies that apply to all purchases made through our business. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below. When placing an order with VELOX LEATHER, customers may choose their preferred payment method from bank transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD), or online credit card payment. Orders are processed once the payment method is confirmed. We handle all orders with care and ensure that each product is carefully checked before dispatch. All deliveries are handled locally, and the standard delivery timeframe is between 6 to 9 business days, although unexpected delays may occur. Shipping fees are always paid by the customer and will be communicated at the time of ordering.

VELOX LEATHER accepts returns under a simple and fair policy. Customers may request a return within 1 week of purchasing the product, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping charges. Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with an exchange or a refund as agreed. As our products are handmade and crafted from natural materials, we do not provide warranties or guarantees of any kind.
